Leah will show you how to embrace movement and be comfortable working out – by creating a program that works for you.

Get Mobile Fitness works with you to build confidence, strength and resilience in your body. These three words can mean different things to different people. Leah doesn’t focus on anyone else’s version of what makes a strong, fit body – we focus on you, your goals and what makes you feel good.
Leah focuses on movement correction and strength training. With a wide understanding of how the body connects and functions, Leah will create a program that meets your goals by taking into consideration your overall health and wellness.
Get Mobile Fitness aims to support you in your fitness journey, so programs are flexible and designed to meet your needs. You can join one of Leah’s small group training sessions or book an individual session to get started.
“I didn’t do any sport growing up and I certainly didn’t enjoy exercising. I only joined my first sporting club in my mid 20s because I had moved to Alice Springs (to follow my husband in his job) and wanted to meet people!
Little did I know that I would fall in love with the feeling of feeling fit as well as being surrounded by people who felt the same.
For me, exercise shouldn’t be used as a punishment or to lessen your food guilt. I want my clients to be themselves – you don’t need to be fit to get started and you don’t need to perform and wear the latest clothing.
Moving feels good and I want my clients to find exercise that works for them and their body.”
The studio is a purpose-built space in Sandy Bay.
It’s a bright open space that is welcoming and fully equipped with all the things you need for a great workout.
Leah uses free weights, kettlebells, a pull up bar, foam rollers, medicine balls, bands and other equipment to help you move your body in a safe and fun way.
The studio is made to fit a maximum of four participants so you will always get personalised attention from Leah whether you are in a private or group session.
