Leah will show you how to embrace movement and be comfortable working out – by creating a program that works for you.
Confidence, Strength, Resilience
Personal Training for Women
Get Mobile Fitness works with you to build confidence, strength and resilience in your body. These three words can mean different things to different people. Leah doesn’t focus on anyone else’s version of what makes a strong, fit body – we focus on you, your goals and what makes you feel good.
Leah focuses on movement correction and strength training. With a wide understanding of how the body connects and functions, Leah will create a program that meets your goals by taking into consideration your overall health and wellness.
Get Mobile Fitness aims to support you in your fitness journey, so programs are flexible and designed to meet your needs. You can join one of Leah’s group personal training sessions or book an individual session to get started.
“I didn’t do any sport growing up and I certainly didn’t enjoy exercising. I only joined my first sporting club in my mid 20s because I had moved to Alice Springs (to follow my husband in his job) and wanted to meet people!
Little did I know that I would fall in love with the feeling of being fit as well as being surrounded by people who are happy, uplifted and active.
For me, exercise shouldn’t be used as a punishment or to lessen your food guilt. I want my clients to be themselves – you don’t need to be fit to get started and you don’t need to perform and wear the latest clothing.
Moving feels good and I want my clients to find exercise that works for them and their body. No pushing, yelling and soreness for days.”
The studio is a purpose-built space in Sandy Bay.
It’s a bright open space that is welcoming and fully equipped with all the things you need for a great workout.
Leah uses free weights, kettlebells, a pull up bar, foam rollers, medicine balls, bands and other equipment to help you move your body in a safe and fun way.
The studio is made to fit a maximum of four participants so you will always get personalised attention from Leah whether you are in a private or group session.
“I trained with Leah for around 4 years and loved every minute of it.
I had been a member of a gym for a long time and had had various PTs over the years but found it increasingly hard to find a good PT who could adapt a program to suit my age (50s) and various physical complaints. After I started training with Leah it was obvious she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me a program that was fun, challenging and most importantly, got results. Leah was able to substitute a particular exercise and vary it to get the results I was after without aggravating longstanding knee, hip and neck injuries. I miss Leah very much and wish her every future success.”Narelle (Melbourne)
“Leah has made such an incredible impact on my fitness and overall health. She is a very experienced and committed trainer who has helped me in so many different ways. I appreciated the variety and challenges of each training session and with each session my confidence and technique were improving under her guidance. With Leah’s encouragement I started running in my mid-50s and found I actually love it! I still cannot believe I completed a 15km fun run. Leah with her personal approach has improved my confidence and mental and physical wellbeing. I have no hesitation in recommending Leah as I know she will tailor a program that suits the person to achieve their fitness and health goals.Penny (Melbourne)
Melbourne's loss is most definitely Hobart's gain.”
“Leah is an exceptional woman & Personal Trainer who has a very clever knack of understanding each & every individual’s personal needs.
I have her to thank for my improved strength, stamina, perseverance and body shape …and only wish she was still in Melbourne… Hobart is yet to learn how lucky it is to have her.”Rachelle (Melbourne)
